So what exactly do you guys do?
We are professional keynote speakers who specialize in presenting our programs at company meetings, corporate conventions, and association events. We know corporate events inside and out, because it’s all we do.
What is the process?
We will have a conference call prior your meeting to gather details about your group. If we have presented previously to a group similar to yours, we can often reincorporate industry specific material into the program as well.
Do you present in the morning, afternoon, or evening?
We can present at any time of day you would like. We have keynoted every time slot for every kind of meeting. We can kick off your conference on a high note at a morning session to begin the day, after lunch as a mid-day boost, a closing program at the end of the day to wrap up a conference on a high note, or after dinner as the fun program for the awards banquet. Whatever time slot you’re looking to fill, we can do it.
How long is your program?
Approximately one hour. Par is usually about 55 minutes. Sometimes it’s appropriate to go a little shorter, depending on the program (e.g., after dinner we don’t recommend much more than 45 minutes). Our experience has shown that about 55-60 minutes is ideal. We do not speak for 90 minutes, 2 hours, or 3 hours, or do day long workshops. A keynote is 45-60 minutes. Anything beyond 60 minutes falls into the team building and/or training category, which we do not do. If you are looking for this type of program, we suggest a search for team building or training rather than a keynote.
How do I know your humor won’t be ‘inappropriate’?
We have backgrounds as corporate professionals ourselves, including in HR. So we know the corporate environment better than any humor speakers in the market. We understand company culture and organizational dynamics, and we are appropriate and professional. You aren’t likely to get the same kind of discretion from a nightclub comedian or Vegas magic act.
What are your topics?
Our main topics are “Change” and “Teamwork.” All with a humorous angle. For details on the specific areas we cover within these topics, click further down the page on the “Content” question.
What are your fees?
If you have never hired a professional speaker before, you may find a varying range of fees depending on the speaker. Most reputable professional speakers cost anywhere between $7500 and $15,000. We prefer to give our fee amount by phone. If your budget is within this range, call us to talk about this in detail.
It looks like on your video you do a lot of large events. Do you also do smaller meetings?
Yes. We’ve done audiences as small as 25 people in a hotel conference room, or in large convention halls for as many as 3000 people. Just like our good friend Yoda says: “Size matters not.”
We’ve never had two speakers before. How does this work?
Well, it’s just like having one speaker, except there are two of us.
No seriously, we’re used to having one speaker on stage. Are you guys going to be twice as expensive because there are two of you?
No. It’s not any different than having one speaker, honestly. The only extra expense is an additional plane ticket. That’s it.
At our particular event, spouses will be present. We need to make sure you will appeal to both our employees and their spouses.
No problem. We’ve done that many times. Our material has cross appeal to both spouses and employees.

So are you guys brother and sister? Are you married? What’s going on?
We actually are a married couple and have a relationship in real life. But that is not the forefront of what we do, thus we do not advertise it nor mention it on stage. (We don’t want people to think we’re a cheesy married-couple lounge act.)
‘Content’ is my priority.
We understand. Even though this is a humor program, we do have some messaging and learning points we share. The 5 areas we cover are the following:
- Why staying current in your industry is important
- How to handle people who react unexpectedly to situations
- Communication styles and generational differences
- How to handle a stressful situation for yourself so that you can look at it differently
- How having a support system is essential when dealing with change or developing teams.
We do want to be clear that this is still a humor program, so if you’re looking for the “620 steps to revitalizing your management infrastructure in 6 months,” that’s not us. But if you want a lighthearted message about dealing with change, working as a team, or rallying your sales people, we are the speakers for you.
