A/V checklist and stage diagram
This document has all of the details on what you and your a/v team will provide for The O’Sheas’ program. Tim and Kris will be more than happy to chat with the a/v staff ahead of time to make sure that everything is confirmed and easy.

Conference call: Customization is very important for The O’Sheas’ program to connect with the audience. To facilitate that, they will be in touch approximately 4-6 weeks prior to your event to set up a conference call.

Travel:
Air: The O’Sheas will book air travel approximately 3-6 weeks in advance of your event, and will send you the itinerary at that time.
Hotel: A room with two double/queen beds requested.
